I reported on this safety issue about 6 months ago but I got no response other than the "acknowledgement".

This sidewalk gap project will be evaluated for inclusion in the City's capital improvements plan for budgeting in a future construction year.

One additional comment. Between the project currently being built at 1505 White Street, the planned redevelopment of the vacant Henry White State affordable housing complex, and the just today filed petition for a new development at 814-830 Henry Street, the neighborhood will potentially see 98 additional bedrooms in these 2 blocks in the coming years. The increase in residents brings increased urgency to the need to fill the sidewalk gap soon.

In the winter, heavy snows make these non sidewalk areas impassable. I've seen people forced to walk in Stimson Street to get through.

Ken, the City told me the Stimson sidewalk is scheduled to be installed in the second half of 2021. Hurrah!
