Pinellas County Public Works - Watershed assigned this issue to Pinellas County Development Review Services

This matter was investigated by an inspector with Environmental Management. This appears to be a groundwater-related matter and from the findings on the site, it does not appear that there is any NPDES violation occurring. This has been forwarded to Development Review Services to ensure that the site is in compliance and has obtained the required permits for this type of work.
