every night once it starts to get dark we get large groups of dirtbikes and quads racing up and down the streets, mostly going down oakland from Thatcher. none of the riders ever have on helmets, or lights on the bikes, and most of them are doing wheelies and other stupid stunts on their bikes. BPD needs to do more patrols in this area nightly to catch these people and take their bikes away.
