This issue should NOT be closed and my property should NOT be stolen from my yard. It was explained in a previous comment that those bags were to assist drainage. That walkway is private property and the owner allows the public to use it as a walkway. Now that those sand bags were stolen, my yard will continue to flood from the runoff from the street. Curious how it takes 24 hours to respond to this request, yet my home has been flooding for 2+ months and the city cannot fix the drainage catch at this location. CAN WE PLEASE GET AN ANSWER TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE?
