RESIDENT IS REQUESTING FOR THE RIGHT-OF-WAY TO BE CUT ACROSS IN FRONT OF THEIR HOME. THE OVERGROWTH IS SEVERE AND THERE ARE SNAKES COMING FROM THE OVERGROWTH INTO THEIR YARD AD THERE CHILDREN THERE WHO PLAYS IN THE YARD. (THIS IS THE 3RD REQUEST)
