Description
Homeowner building a 10FT wall in a residential area - permits not posted - workers construct the fence on weekends to avoid County stop work order. Contractors do not have a license to legally perform work. Renters are living in the property - not sure if it is habitable - sewer, water, heating, cooking - has anyone from the county ever inspected the property for an in-law apartment? Does the county need to inspect holes that were dug to erect the 10ft fence. Why is the homeowner building a cinder blocks around the bottom of the fence? Which inspector approved this permit that was issued two years ago???
