You guys only acknowledging the issue with your buses consistently not on schedule isn't effective enough to make your drivers respect the patrons schedules and to be on time
If you people would get on the bus with your fare ready & take them kids out of the stroller and have them folded up before the bus arrives maybe they can be on time
How is it that route 1 is consistently late and at times the scheduled bus does not even show up - yhe app will show the 1 and 6 both heading north at the same time yet the 1 usually never makes it to stop 554? Should not have to leave at 5am to get to wrk by 830 -
A late bus negatively impacts the ability to make connecting routes on time - it is Harts respondibility to manage the streamlining of the routes to essure timely arrivals - of it were only occasional that the buses -especially the 1- were laye ot could be overlooked - but this is happening at least 3 plus days a week

AGAIN the route 1 stop 554 running 20 min late - causing us to miss at least 3 connecting route 34s going west my job has already warned me about being late - and I have repeatedly related my concerns on the issue of constant buses - but no one seems to be addressing the issues- this happens at least 3 times a week just never know whst day
Again route 1 late stop554 causing us to miss connecting route 34 going west at hillsborough ave - what a way to run a transit system - no matter i even left the house earlier to make the connection but noooo - something is seriously flawed with ur MISSION MAX - Before there were some issues but nothing compared to whats going on NOW
HART apologizes to our customers for any inconvenience that is caused by delays throughout our systems. We appreciate our ridership who have done the work to ensure that HART has the resources to improve service to our riding public. HART is working through mark ups in service, to eradicate delays as much as possible via our scheduling. There are other issues that have an impact such as accidents and road closures, that we have to adjust to.
We will ensure that the ridership is notified of any delays or detours so that you may be able to arrange alternative means of transportation to arrive at your locations in time.
Thank you for your continued support.
We received your concern. Some of our bus stops, such as the one mentioned, do not have a required time point. Meaning that weather and other driving conditions can cause schedule variations, and the bus could arrive a few minutes before/after the scheduled time, and still be considered on time. With this in mind, we recommend arriving at your stop 5-10 minutes prior to the schedule departure.
