Description

There has been a significant increase in road noise post the installation of the stop light at Capshaw Rd and Sam Thomas Road. It used to be that the vehicles with loud exhaust, loud stereos would drive on by, but are now getting stopped at the light. Which is increasing the amount of annoyance to the neighbors of Legendwood subdivision especially during the night hours.
