I visited my family in Enfield today and saw that the sneakers were still on the wires. Am I mistaken in thinking that they present a problem in terms of an image the town is trying to put forth? I may be wrong about the date of my call but I do know that school had started and that was why I was concerned.

This issue was investigated, and the proper agency, CL&P, was notified to rectify the problem. Thank you.
