Description

Radar speed sign isn't illuminating at all for speeding traffic (Eastbound) and is flashing random numbers when no cars are approaching (Westbound). Radar signs, functional or not, don't appear to have any meaningful effect on the speed at which drivers are driving (traffic is still clearly way over limit).
