Description

There are three dumpster is located in the alleyway these dumpsters are continually being used for commercial use and causing a major problem for local residents. Someone is dumping Raw garbage into the dumpster causing massive swarms of flies. Can you please remove the dumpsters in issue individual trash receptacles to the local residents. This should alleviate the problem. Has been going on for sometime now.
