Just wondering...by "resolved" you mean what exactly? That a job order has been posted to those who will literally take out the weeds tomorrow or ASAP? That the job order has been thrown into some "inbox" of work to be done eventually? Or is it that "resolved" means you have passed this on to Dept. X and that means it's supposedly "resolved" for us? And who is "you" and "us" in all of this? There's an existential quality to SCF/311 that both intrigues and frustrates.
