Cars still use Woodland Terrace as a cut through to avoid the traffic light at Poplar and Calcon Hook. There are Do Not Enter signs effective during both rush hours on Woodland Terrace, but traffic still flows through during those hours. Cars whip right through the Stop sign at the dead end on Oak Ave at all hours of the day and night. Cars pull out in front of oncoming Oak Ave traffic, which does not have a stop sign, blocking the road so that both cars must squeeze tightly past each other. We cannot have our children play in front of our house for fear of the continual parade of reckless drivers.
