Lansdowne should add a noise ordinance to partner with their Disruptive Residence Ordinance. We wouldn’t need ordinances if people knew how to be good neighbors and not selfishly disrupt the neighborhood

HI Anthony. The large parking lot is where most of the noise is created so I can only guess that your shielded by the house and distance. For those of us living in the Owen/Albemarle side of the disturbance it sounds like their sitting on my deck. The parties they have had resulted in both sides of Albemarle and part of Owen being parked solid.
It's still ashame this lovely signle home is being used as an apartment house. Homes in the area are selling in the mid 200's to 300K. I don't know whta the reneters pay but I'm sure it's not the same as mortgage payment on a 250K house.
Different mind set, different values, lack of awareness and how to be a good nbeighbor
