Description
All of the timing on the lights along Fannin from 610 S Loop W north to Greenbriar (Naomi, Holly Hall, Reliant Parkway) need to be adjusted. Traffic going north was built up for over a mile yet there was little to no car traffic from other directions at each intersection. Timing off.
