Still a problem property

I know one letter has already been sent maybe a few weeks back? I am not sure how long they have to comply?

Code Enforcement Supervisor made inspection of property today. Actual address is 1365 Oakhaven, and I have contacted out of state owner by phone. Certified mail violation letter has also been sent today giving the owner 10 days to comply or be cited.
Owner is in contact with some local companies to preform requested yard maintenance.

The owner of this house mowed the lawn but the overgrown vegetation, weeds, etc... Is still there. Does another ticket need to be opened?

No need for additional notice at this time. Our violation letter, sent certified mail to the owner included tall weeds and overgrowth along with the lawn area. This house has just been leased 3 days ago, and the new tenant is arranging for/or cleaning the property. They are still within the time frame allowed and this case will remain under open investigation until resolved. Thank you, Roswell Code Enforcement
