说明
Instead of renting dumpster, the business that purchased the house is spreading everything around garage and lawn, using it as "fill." Massive amount. I'm 100% confident this is nasty stuff as the business that purchased the house for renovation gutted the house completely. This material may be toxic, no doubt. Even if it is not, it is 100% illegal what the business is trying to do in using the residential backyard as a dumping ground in stead of proper disposal, possibly because of a high content of asbestos they can't dispose of easily.
