During the flooding post Florence a tree fell across Bolin Creek. It appears that the tree blocked the creel yesterday and diverted water into the backyards of the duplexes on Umstead next to the Exchange Club pool. Those backyard and the pool parking lot wrer under water from about 1:00 pm Thursday.
