Your most effective solution would be to go to the Westheimer HPD Storefront during their weekday hours (8-4 I believe) and ask to file a NO TRESPASS AFFIDAVIT - Filing it there gets it entered immediately into the patrol computer database so if an officer drives by you business and sees anyone "hanging out" the officer can arrest them on the spot without the need to contact anyone from your business. This is the solution that Lt. Davis recommended to us at the First Montrose Commons Civic meetings.
