I have it on video if needed. It was a GFS semi truck that tossed it on the curb by the corner, and a man with a blue coat and black dog moved it to the lot.

Did you see if the bench was already in the street before the truck got there, or was the truck driver dumping it from somewhere else?

Oh man! Please don’t write the property owner a blight ticket. Someone else dumped it there. It’s vacant land so no one lives there. The owners don’t even know it’s there. I’ll cut it up this weekend and put it out for yard waste collection.

I reported this to try to help the owners of that property and to keep people from illegally dumping in our block. Now the wrong people are getting a ticket and I feel terrible.
