Description

Traffic light for Mtka Blvd going west, at hwy 169 Left turn Arrow stays green for more than 30 seconds after all left turns have been completed. This has just happened since power went out approx 1-2 weeks ago. It is terrible trying to go EAST on Mtka Blvd, no traffic coming from the east, but a red light stays on forever.... (Going west, they have Left Turn Green Arrow) I travel both directions, and going East has turned into a Giant Pain.
