Description

The lights in the spring street River walk are all out. The magazine boxes are still broken and the material around the play ground needs changing there are drug bags and it looked like a top from a syringe. This is a health and safety risk for children playing. Still no water on down there the play ground was not pressed washed good. Trash cans still running over.
