358 Third Street, Jersey City, Village Neighborhood, Corner of Third and Brunswick.
This residence doesn't have enough rubbish bins, they throw their rubbish in paper shopping bags, empty boxes, and leave it spilling out onto the sidewalk. Their rubbish is everywhere, up and down the sidewalks, street, etc.
