Description
Resident called to report utility (probably cable) lines left hanging in the front of his property - advised him to contact the utility for removal or to complete the project and raise the lines, but he states he doesn't know to which utility the lines belong. Could a CSR try to help determine, and then let the resident know which utility needs to respond? Thank you - MAC
