Going south on Blanchard Road, near and in the right hand bend just before the rotary, plants intrude on the narrow and dangerous bike path. Cars do the same: encroach.

The dangerous encroachment of private plants on a City of Cambridge bike path and roadway has not been corrected in 271 days. Who is responsible? Who is the manager? I know the private property owner is in Belmont. Does the City Manager have authority to act? Please resolve this danger on a Cambridge public street.
