LOCATION 1501 1st Street nw. This has to do with the public trash can in front of 1501 1st Street NW. I saw 3 large clear bags of trash placed beside the PUBLIC TRASH CAN last night before I went to sleep and this morning I noticed that all 3 bags were throw over in the nearby tree box area. Please have these bags removed from the TREEBOX area. The public trash can itself was emptied so I would hope that the tree trash pickup crew did not throw these bags in the tree box area. I will check my cameras. These are 3 big clear bags which contain some sort of greenery. Please have them removed. Thank you.
