several times a day these individuals burn foul smelling material that emits gross black eye stinging breath stopping smoke from a very low smoke stack sticking slightly up out of a barn in the back yard of the property on 48-50 Maple St. Chicopee ma .The smog coming out of this smoke stack isn’t the normal wood burning smoke but looks & smells like something that shouldn’t be burned anywhere never mind a residential area ! Not to mention how low the smoke stack is! Shouldn’t be allowed.
