Beschreibung

In the left turn lane going north on Wyoming turning into Santa Barbara ,the flashing arrow sign is blocking the turn lane. This needs to be relocated before someone has a bad accident. The only other access to this neighborhood is off of Paseo going eastbound only. Way to much construction signs over here and never see anyone working
