In the bike lane on a bike, MLK and Broadway, ABQ Ride bus #957 (think that was the bus number, route 52 for sure) zoomed past me with its right wheels all the way over in the bike lane, side mirror nearly hit me.

NO DATE OR CONTACT INFORMATION PROVIDED. ALSO WE HAVE NO ROUTE 52

Sorry for not making this clear, date and time was about 60 seconds before the moment I filed this report while sitting at that spot with the mobile app, around 7:30 a.m. Also, see my second comment: "Update: looked it up on the ABQ Ride app, it must have been route #92". Please read the whole thing, or else what is the "comment" form for?
Re contact information, this is a huge SeeClickFix problem. No way I'm leaving my phone number here in public, but y'all could give me yours and I'd be happy to call. Or you can contact me here, what the heck is this thing for if not as a means for us to contact one another?

"BUS 957 WAS NOT IN THE SPECIFIED AREA AT THE TIME, THERE IS NO ROUTE 52 BUT LOOKED AT ROUTE THAT GOES THROUGH DESIGNATED AREA BUT NEED MORE INFORMATION TO DETERMINE WHAT BUS AND DRIVER IT COULD HAVE BEEN, LIKE THE DIRECTION IT WAS HEADED."

This is amazing.
If you read my comments, you will see that I have already answered the question about which bus route it is. Twice.
See above. Route #92. I know this because, angry and shaken at the side of the road after almost being run over by a giant bus, I looked on my phone on the ABQ Ride app to confirm the bus route number, saw that it must have been a #92 that had just passed me, and immediately added the corrected information to my initial report.
If you had read those comments, you could have looked at the bus schedule yourself and seen that the #92 is only going one direction at that time of day, which puts it passing me, eastbound on MLK at shortly after 7 a.m., which is the time and place I filed the report. Which is what I did, with my phone, angry and shaken at the side of the road after almost being run over by a giant bus. I looked at the bus schedule to try to give you the information you needed to deal with this report, and which you keep ignoring.
What is the point of me leaving comments to try to answer your questions if you keep ignoring the information I provide?

Dear 311: You know, all or at least 90% of this debacle would be solved simply by:
-------------------------
Please call Person X at XXX-XXXX or email at XXX@cabq.gov. They have been notified of this concern.
------------------------
Yeah, some semblance of concern about a person nearly getting killed by a bus driver would be a nice touch, but doing the simple bit above would be far, infinitely far better than is being shown to this point.

Lemme just reopen this and cut and paste again the information I already tried to provide to answer your questions in the hopes that y'all will actually read it this time.
This is now the third time I have provided the answers to your questions and had them ignored. To the 311/SCF person-in-the-middle between me and risk management or the bus people or whomever: COULD YOU PLEASE GIVE THEM THEM INFORMATION I HAVE REPEATEDLY PROVIDED THAT ANSWERS THE QUESTIONS THEY KEEP ASKING INSTEAD OF IGNORING IT AND CLOSING?
In short:
Time: Shortly after 7 a.m.
Bus line: #92
Direction: Eastbound

Closed - this issue has already been reported to transit.

In the spirit of this thread, I am tempted to reopen it by claiming the issue has not been reported to transit. In doing so I will have emulated the many, many times in which it has been clear "311 Citizen Contact Center" has not read important notes and corrections made by the reporter and other commenting.
But I am not doing that. The reopening thing. Thank you for reporting this to transit. I can't help asking, however: What happens now? What assurance of follow-up and contact person if such follow-up does not occur can be offered? And how long is a reasonable amount of time to wait until such follow-up, if it should occur, occurs? A week?
Lastly, does my leaving this issue "closed" mean nobody at 311 Citizen Contact Center will read this message, much less respond to it? Thanks in advance for your reply...
