the is a property issue where 1230 high street back lot ends and where 461 12th Avenue north property is located.
there was lot lines marked by a the city.
but the resident at 461 12th Avenue north moved the markers so he could have a place to park his trailer which i believe is on grass. 1230 high street resident wanted to put up a fence and now is unable to do it. i personally spoke with her but shes not sure what to do.
