Description
Hi Public Works Team,
I'm a resident of East Cambridge, near the Twin City plaza. I shop for groceries at the Star Market in Twin City plaza, and I walk on the path that runs on the east side of the Simoni ice rink.
This summer, some parts of the parking lot in Twin City plaza was repaved, and now there is a large depression at the end of the path where the path meets the parking lot. When it rains, it forms a very large and deep puddle which is difficult to traverse, especially for seniors or those with kids. I'm worried that in the winter, the puddle will also turn to ice and become a safety issue. I've pasted a map image below to show where I am talking about.
Is this something that public works can help address? Or if not, who should I talk to about this?
Thank you for your help!
Sam
