Sharraxaadda

We had terrible level of noise for several month coming from a newly installed AC compresson in 16 Island Avenue. The noice is consistently above 68db day and night and goes sporadically above 75db and tops up to 85db frequently. The noise is so loud that it comes through the hurricane windows and wakes the whole family up. The issue was reported several times to the city authorities but their staff are not equiped with noice measuring devices leaving the matter to a subjective judgment on the individual which makes absolutely no sense.
