Unsure who is doing it, but the creek behind our house is constantly being used as a dumping grounds. It causes massive flooding around the neighboring houses and our backyard. Can something please be done, fencing along the creek or some investment into drainage/runoff. The fact that we have to build our shed several feet in the air just to protect out belongings is crazy. More concerning is how close the flooding is getting closer and closer to the houses.
