Even worse. walkers heading south towards Decatur High on the west side of the street are given a walk signal while the right turning vehicles are given a clear go-ahead greet right arrow turn signal-- along with those turning left of S. McDonough. So you have pedestrians and right turners with the same right-of-way, plus the left turning flow. We almost got hit. If the HS crossing guard hadn't been there to stop the car, it would have been a problem. Crossing guard says she's complained about the right of way conflict and it has not been fixed.
