The dog is well fed and watered. He is a bit of a a crybaby, and they do leave him outside for long periods of time. I have emailed the humane society and as the previous commenter stated, there is nothing they can do as no laws are being violated

You could call the police if its barking is disturbing the peace, but who knows what they will do to the dog then. I feel for you, I had lived with a terrible situation next door for several years until they moved. I called the humane society and they did come out and check out the situation and followed up to make sure they were complying(keeping water, food and shelter). I ended up taking care of the dog most of the time, he was tethered to a tree 24/7. I also tried to reason with my neighbors to no avail. But they had no problem with me visiting the dog and stuff. It was bad.

Oh and I believe the dog lives at 1020 Edgehill not 1024. Unless there are two dogs. The dog at 1020 Edgehill was tangled in a bush one night and I went out in my pajamas to get him untangled.

It appears that this issue is a duplicate of # 5099345. Why has no one from the city commented on either? Why has this issue not been addressed by the police or city staff, at least to let us know what, if anything, has been done? Has anyone investigated? It is so sad when animals are ignored - why have a pet if you don't want to care for it? Thank you to you folks who are watching out for the neglected dogs.
