Ask Burnsville police please equip with decibel noise readers.if not already please enforce noise laws, esp. motorcycles, they are vexing at times., I realize the safety issue, disagree , , small colorful flag would cover that, maybe fluorescent orange or green on the motorcycle.. Also whether veteran or not , this infringes on so many peoples righrs, responsible towards the rights of others. Veterans that come back and buy noisy motorcycles are more inclined to join motorcycle gangs,, View history of ww2 vets and others, BPM motorcycle gang, hells angels motorcycle gangs.
