Description

80 Hancock st 2nd and possibly 3rd floor tenants running illegal daycare. There all children of all ages from infants to 12-13 yr olds being dropped off and picked up by parents all hours of the day and night 7 days a week. Sometimes as early as 6:00a.m and as late as 11:00 pm.
The parents never go into the house they either park in the street and call for the them to come down and pick up the child and all the toys amd belongings for the day, or they block the driveway and lay on the horn for them to come down.
On several occassions i have observed from outside the noise from these children.
I have also been informed that an adult male living on the 2nd floor of this home was involved in an issue of abuse where he previously was a volunteer working with troubled children.(orange chicken) That situation ended with those several adult male volunteers in court and ordered to stay away from any minor children that arent their own or related to them.
This is obviously a major concern.
Another thing is that the parents bringing children here also bring any toys, clothes, and any other items that will be needed each and every day as to not leave the residence above looking like a daycare.

I am able to take pictures and already have of some of the vehicles dropping and picking up these children. As like i said before they lay on the horn. And the noise of everyone running up and down to the vehicle is like a herd of elephants.
Im hoping some investagating is done. They are being sneaky as of late.
