Description
The rain gutter on the west side of the building is damaged and dangling over the neighboring property. The wind is also blowing it into the building next door repeatedly possibly resulting in damage to the neighboring building. It is severely damaged and it will likely fall onto the sidewalk below possibly resulting in personal injury or property damage.
