This area of Cornelia is always flooding and icing in the winter. There isn't any proper drainage. It's always at the corners of Cornelia and Janssen and Greenview. Last night there were 12" deep puddles that were impossible to get around on all four corners. During the winter when there's ice, it's very dangerous.
