Standing water 2 days after rain. Concern as we enter mosquito season. Can DPW comment on time frame for repair?

Appreciate public works quick response to this issue but the fix has actually expanded the area of standing water. Right now it's the only spot on the street that hasn't drained off. Ongoing concern with mosquito threat at a high and excessive rains. Area stays undrained for days after rain.
