Owner at 2819 24th Ave N has piled two large piles of broken roof tiles in their front yard. Owner is a roofing contractor and appears to be using his front yard for dumping roof particles related to his work. These piles are around 4 feet high and 5-6 feet wide and are close to the curb in front yard. They have been there for 5 days now.
