About 2 weeks ago the Bartlett Pear tree in the front yard split into multiple large pieces; the branches almost completely cover the back yard. The house was foreclosed, and the former owners have moved out. The house is now owned by JP Morgan/Chase. This was reported to their Columbus OH office, and nothing has been done to address this.
