Is it possible that the folks at 197 Fulton are using it exactly as intended? Riding it for short trips then parking it where others can use it? (incidentally, I did call 888-546-3345, option 3 (misplaced bikes), quickly connected to a live operator, and they say they'll probably pick it up within 24hrs of my call if after reviewing GPS records it shows it is not being used )

You're welcome. Let's see if it works. I was certainly impressed by my phone call (she spoke reasonable English). I haven't ridden Lime here (I use Hubway/Blue Bikes in Boston) but I had ridden Lime in other cities.

As of tonight, the bike has not moved.

Is 197 Fulton St still the best address for it?
