Description

The residents have allowed their trash cans to overflow with garbage and have not emptied them for a month. Trash is being put into lawn bags and is being stored on their porch/carport area. There are at least half a dozen bags of trash as of today. I have observed coyotes, raccoons, possums and rats/mice getting into the garbage. The animals are scattering the garbage throughout the neighborhood yards and into the street.
