Please add pole #4 to this request. Both lights shed too more glare to my property.

Thank you for your concern. This issue has been received by our department. We will look into this issue further and resolve it accordingly.

Inspected the installation. Lights are level. The approved shields only divert light from the house side of the light and redirect it into the street. This would more than likely increase the problem.

I still feel it will reduce to glare into my house (across the street) and bedrooms. If you have specs on the shield and how it mounts to the head, I'm happy to review with you.

Allow me to clarify. The diverter has reflectors which redirect light from the pole side of the fixture to the street side(your house). They only install one direction. Picture a small ladder with white strips on the rungs. It only sticks down 7/16 of an inch with the white strips open and facing your home. If you were on the other side of the street it would work.
We have access to a lighting engineer. They will analyze a night time satellite photo, and make a recommendation as to what adjustment may be made. All to insure light level safety compliance. (This may allow me to tilt the fixture)
Please notify your neighbors of your intent. Wouldn't be the first time a work order was opened from an opposing address after an adjustment was made.
