Description

NOBODY in this neighborhood recycles!!!!! Once again, blue cans sit for weeks full of stinky trash! It would be great if they were emptied weekly but they are not. Suggestion: Remove all unsightly blue bins from this area. Only deliver them to residents who request them and promise to use them properly!
