These people have been building for nearly two years. The wood from what they have managed to put in the long time that it’s been worked on is nearly so rotten that I’m scared it is structurally compromised. I don’t understand how the owners are okay with their home being in such a state. And shame on The City of Houston for passing inspection on them!
