Are you telling me carts will not be emptied until Spring?! They were not emptied on Friday, so we returned them full to the side of the garage. Needless to say, we are disappointed.

Carts are still out there, opposite 501 E. Ann Street, still full of leaves! Although not on the street at 7:35 am, we put them back on the street at 8:15 am, prior to reopening this issue. We did not think we could leave them on the street unemptied, unless submitting a new report, as requested above.
