When exiting the parking lot with Roba's Pizza on your left and Watergate Market on your right on to Powell St. There is only a STOP sign (clearly visible) and a single ONE WAY sign that is 3/4 covered by a palm tree and other plants. The attached photo is a screen shot from Google maps (taken in daylight from a camera 7 foot off the pavement - not on a rainy night from 3.5 feet off the pavement). A NO LEFT TURN sign would also help.
