The tree is in the front of the property of #571 but very close to #559. Several inches of the tree is on the Macon-Bibb R/W of Forest Hill Road. Most of the tree is on the private property of #571. However, the tree is within a construction easement created for the widening of Forest Hill. It seems likely that construction around the tree may have contributed to its poor health. Or it would seem that way to most passers-by. Because of that, I see no way we can avoid taking responsibility for this tree.
